Village Park Alpharetta is seeking a motivated and companionate individual to join our team! The Senior Living Consultant is responsible for marketing the community to prospective residents, maintaining community census, and coordinating the move-in/move-out process.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Develop and coordinate the implementation of a marketing strategy for resident and facility services, census development and image enhancement (Strategic Marketing Plan).
• Maintain data on census using computer software (inquiries, admissions, discharges, and referral sources).
• Maintain data on customer satisfaction.
• Provide reports and other requested marketing reports to Administrator.
• Assist in developing marketing and promotional materials for the facility to include flyers, brochures, news releases, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, and promotional items.
• Establish relationships and maintain contact with various clubs, organizations and senior citizen's groups.
• Coordinate special events for the facility and the community.
• Provide presentations, speeches, and public appearances as needed.Walk the building and report issues/concerns.
• Conduct tours, admission screenings, and initial inquiries.
• Acts as the liaison between the facility and family members during the pre-admission and admission process.
• Works with the Wellness Manager to ensure that all admissions are screened thoroughly and adequately prior to admission.
• All admissions will be approved by the Administrator.
• Complete admission paperwork with the responsible party, family member, power of attorney or resident upon admission.
• Make at least 20 outbound calls a day to leads.
• Other duties or services as assigned by the Administrator. Job Type: Full-time
