Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller * Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly * Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed * Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business * Lead generation * Lead follow up * Database campaigns * Set listing appointments * Close listing appointments * Close sales * Sales talk mastery * Follow the plan Qualifications: * At least one year of work experience in real estate sales * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself * Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Team player who believes their success is the team's success * A real estate license required * Good communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience * Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
