Stahl & Associates Insurance, a Higginbotham Partner, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Assistant in our Longwood, FL office. We are looking for an energetic, eager, self-motivated professional to join our amazing team and provide top notch service to our clients. This individual will work closely with Commercial Lines Account Managers, Account Executives and other members of the team to service our clients by handling the following duties: * Issuing certificates of insurance * Ordering MVR's for commercial clients * Reviewing commercial policies and endorsements for accuracy * Updating applications in the Agency Management System * Reviewing carrier websites to obtain applicable information pertaining to commercial accounts * Processing incoming mail, such as policies and endorsements * Provide primary back-up coverage for the front-desk receptionist, as needed.
