JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage assigned customer accounts, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. * Generate quotes, process orders accurately and efficiently. * Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email. * Coordinate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experience. * Track and analyze customer buying trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Manage customer returns and resolve any after-sales issues. * Maintain accurate customer account information in CRM system (Hubspot). * Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. * The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. CORE COMPETENCIES: * Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (fastener industry a plus). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a working knowledge of CRM software preferred. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
