JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage assigned customer accounts, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Generate quotes, process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Track and analyze customer buying trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage customer returns and resolve any after-sales issues.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in CRM system (Hubspot).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (fastener industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a working knowledge of CRM software preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Job Type: Full-time
