Overview

The company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative at their Sanford facility. Ideal candidates would have the majority of the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales position with 1-2 years of experience
• Well Spoken and Articulate with the ability to speak to customers in professional manner and diffuse difficult situations.
• Work Gracefully under pressure
• Experience with Scheduling deliveries and answering questions in regards to billing/invoicing.
• Must be computer literate and know common software packages (Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel)
• Work Gracefully under pressure
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Must have a stable work history
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen . Bilingual preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Ability to Commute:
