Job Description

We have been in business since 2007 and are looking to add a great account manager to our growing commercial insurance department. Active insurance license with 5+ years prior experience working in commercial lines with an independent insurance agency is required. Come grow with our unique company culture and great work atmosphere. CIC and CISR designations are a plus. Salary based on industry experience and designations if applicable. Salary: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Service and remarket existing book of customers.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Assist producers in sales and market placement.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 5+ years prior commercial insurance experience is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
