Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, high energy, with at least 2 years of local sales and marketing experience within the home health services, with a proven successful track record in driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and compassion. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.

Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
• Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Requirements

• Must be local with established referral sources, coupled with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with diverse referral sources.
• Proven experience and verifiable performance in home health sales.
• Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
