Our client is an exciting healthcare startup that is growing up and looking to add a dynamic Account Manager to their team! Are you friendly, energetic, and have great work ethic? Perfect! We're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who is highly capable, and a strong people-person. Whether it is talking to our clients about our services, assisting our company leaders, or sometimes it is pitching in to help wherever is needed. About Us: We are a successful healthcare start up in the Employee Benefits space. We have grown because we deliver high-level service and quality products. Our service to our clients is at the core of our success. Our company is locally owned but has a national reach. Here's what we are looking for: * Maintain strong Corporate client relationships with existing clients while developing new relationships with new contacts at clients. * Organize and track your activity, manage client pipelines, and attention to detail. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Lead negotiations with clients for renewals or new additional business. * Strong interpersonal skills, especially with clients * Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time * Responsiveness : Our clients have needs and being able to reply back to them in a timely manner is key. * Tech savvy: Using laptops/smartphones/technology should be second nature, but main skills are Google Business Suite, Excel, and Zoom Requirements- About YOU : * Experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology sales, payroll, benefits or sales environments. * Proficiency in using Monday.com or similar CRM software for account management. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team collaboration. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
