Job Description The Beachum Insurance Agency (contracted with Farmers Insurance) is committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and coverage. We are looking for a talented and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team and help us grow our business. Salary: $42000.00 - $54000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities* * Generate leads and develop new business opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with clients * Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options * Quote and sell insurance policies * Provide customer service and support Requirements * Valid insurance license in the state of Oklahoma - will pay licensing fee if not licensed * 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or other sales * Strong sales and customer service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Self-motivated and driven to succeed
