Now Accepting Applications for a Full-Time Client Services Manager Job Requirements: -Candidates must be relationship experts -This is both a customer facing and employee facing position -Supervisory or management experience preferred -Must have valid driver's license -Must pass a background check -Must be able to perform quality assurance site inspections for customers -Must be able handle customer concerns and special requests We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about the services our company provides and the businesses we serve. As member of our management team, you will act as a point of contact for our customers. On a daily basis, you will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of their businesses. Internally, you will also aid our operations by collecting information, such as concerns or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and following industry trends. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customers.
