Job Summary Sales & Leasing Consultant New Nissan Models, Pre-Owned All Brands 100% Commision Responsibilities and Duties * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their wants and needs * Sales Representatives prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display .) * Explain product performance and benefits * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase * Sales Associate builds strong rapport with customers * Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles * Work closely with Sales Manager on pricing tiers associated with different models & their respective technology options * Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads & set appointments for vehicle demonstrations all over email and text communication * Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealership * Handeling InBound Phone Calls & OutBOund Phone Calls Qualifications and Skills At least 3 years of Sales Experience Clean Driver License History Clean Background Check Clean Drug Test Benefits Weekly Commissions Paid Monthly Bonus 401K Medical, Dental, Eye Short Term, Long Term Insurance Life Insurance Accidental Insurance Job Type: Commission Salary: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Night shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
