Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Advertising Sales Representative to join our team and help secure advertisers for our upcoming brochure/magazine publication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and sponsors.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and reach out to potential advertisers who align with our publication's audience and mission
• Present advertising packages and pricing to prospective clients
• Negotiate ad placements and close advertising deals
• Maintain records of all outreach, responses, and agreements
• Work closely with our design and production team to ensure ad specs are met
• Meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, advertising, sponsorships, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with local business communities is a plus
