The Peeples Insurance Agency is looking to hire a licensed 2-20 Agent to join the team in our Sarasota office. We are an Independent Agency writing Personal and Commercial lines. The Peeples Insurance Agency was founded over 10 years ago by Jennifer Winkler and has grown to include two (2) branch offices in Bradenton and Margate. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to new business quotes, policy renewals, coverages, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing inquiries. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success daily. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. - Utilize effective communication skills to interact with clients and provide them with tailored insurance solutions. Requirements - 2-20 License in the State of Florida - Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting clients' needs. - Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. - Strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively. - Dependable and reliable with a proactive approach to work responsibilities. - Proficient computer skills and typing accuracy for data entry tasks. - Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages, is a plus.
