GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Regional Sales Director to lead sales growth efforts in Florida. This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, cultivating referral partnerships, and driving revenue through effective outreach and engagement with key stakeholders in the senior living, healthcare, and real estate industries. Reports to: SVP of Business Development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Regional Sales & Business Development * Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create a sales plan tailored to Florida's market, focusing on the needs of active and older adult clients and their families. * Drive Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed regional sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients. * Build Referral Networks: Establish and maintain strong B2B relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, operations, and relocation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach to client engagement. * Track and Report Metrics: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategy based on data and market trends. Community Engagement & Outreach * Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads through community involvement, events, and direct outreach. * Event Participation: Represent the company at local events, expos, and seminars to build brand awareness and connect with prospective clients and partners. * Promote Services: Educate potential clients and partners on the benefits of our move management services through presentations, meetings, and relationship-building. * Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through service delivery. Some travel within Florida and occasional out-of-state travel required. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in senior services, healthcare, real estate, or relocation services. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
