The AT&T Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining a reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Handle Transactions properly.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features.
• Supervise and train new representatives on sales techniques and customer service standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall experience. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Experience in sales, preferably in a residential environment but not required.
• Ability to perform proper quotes effectively while engage customers.
