Impress Ink is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Account Manager to assist in a variety of day to day processes that include interacting with customers and handling a variety of daily tasks that involve embroidered and screen printed and branded merchandise sales along general customer service needs. Core Functions -Meet and follow up with walk-in customers, answer phone calls and reply to emails from customers about products, services, and pricing. Customer relationship management. -Quote prices to customers and take orders -Input sales and production information into our business management software -Deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base. -Continually develop your product knowledge to find the best-suited product for the customer's needs. -Assist in loss prevention through awareness, attention to detail and integrity by ensuring the product was supplied to the customer the way the customer ordered. Skills & Competencies -Must have 5+ years in our industry (embroidery, screen printing , promotions & print ) -Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). -Clear communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively relate to a customer -Ability to multi-task and be open to a diverse set of daily tasks and responsibilities -High level attention of detail & organization -Ability to adapt in high energy environment, provide confident guidance and possess excellent control of customer correlation -Ability to thrive in a team environment, delegate & share tasks. - Computer proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, File Sharing, Invoicing & Data Entry. -Self-Motivated to have the ability to work independently (after training) with little or no direct supervision - Enthusiasm about the products you sell.
