Exciting Opportunity in the Fitness Industry! We are currently looking to expand our team and are interviewing for membership sales and marketing staff. Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following: * Meeting and exceeding monthly membership sales goals. * Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through marketing, sales, onboarding new members. * Superior customer service to engage and keep long term members. * Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email. As well as talking with prospects at local businesses and events. * Assist in creating new, engaging, and educational social media content. * Keeping the studio a clean, safe, and positive environment for all members and guests. Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses.
