Job Description The Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing in-home consultations to residential customers regarding HVAC system replacements and upgrades. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying customer comfort needs, and recommending solutions that align with their preferences and budget. The Comfort Advisor plays a key role in driving revenue through effective communication, technical understanding, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home evaluations for residential customers seeking HVAC system replacements or upgrades. * Educate customers on available HVAC systems, energy efficiency options, warranties, financing, and comfort solutions. * Prepare and present proposals in a clear, confident, and customer-focused manner. * Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking software. * Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. * Attend weekly sales meetings, product training, and industry events as needed. * Maintain current knowledge of products, industry trends, building codes, and utility rebates. Qualifications: * Prior experience in residential HVAC sales or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with customers. * Technical understanding of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required if willing to learn. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for customer appointments.
