Pawtopia in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one sales associate to join our team. This is a full time position. We are located on 6801 W Memorial Rd Ste B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities *Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. *Directs customers by escorting them to our products. *Advises customers by providing information on products. *Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments Qualifications *Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise *Knowledge of pet nutrition or willingness to learn pet nutrition *Ability to lift at least 50 lb bags of food We are looking forward to receiving your application. Thank you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour. About PAWTOPIA: We are a local pet supply store in Yukon, OK. We opened October 15, 2015. For years our passion has been rescuing dogs and fostering for a local rescue. When the opportunity presented itself we opened our store and have worked on growing it ever since. We concentrate our efforts on providing the best holistic, natural foods at affordable prices to our community. We also look for unique toys, treats, supplements, and accessories. We host adoption events for local rescue groups. And we have a chew bar that is full of natural chews and a self serve bath area which both are very popular.
