Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Immediate opening. Must be exceptionally good on the computer. Must have sales experience in selling ladies clothing for two years. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendation. * Utilize technical sales skills. * Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to enhance overall sales performance. * Collaborate with team members to optimum performance. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Shopify system. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales, and retail sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. * Experience with upselling techniques and track sales goals.
