About us The Greeting Gallery is a small, local Hallmark store on William Flynn Highway in Allison Park, PA. We are customer-centric, rewarding and fun. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and help us meet our sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and using their knowledge of our products to recommend the best solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Answer customer questions and provide information on product features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock shelves as needed.
