[please apply online] -Smoke product and cigar product knowledge helps. - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain a clean and organized area - Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with selling products or services is a plus - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Bilingual skills, particularly in English, are advantageous - Experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is a bonus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift Ability to Commute: * Orlando, FL 32804 (Required) Work Location: In person
