Come build what's next with us Account Executive - Law Firm How this role will* _Serve_,_Own_and _Grow_*at Rev: As an Account Executive at Rev, you will drive adoption of our AI-powered solutions within the legal market, with a focus on criminal defense, personal injury, and litigation practices. Your role will center on building and closing new law firm relationships by translating your legal domain expertise into strategic sales execution. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of law and technology, ideal for a legal professional ready to pivot into the legal tech space. *_Responsibilities:_ * Own and manage a target list of law firms, driving the full sales cycle--from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close * Consistently exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics * Build credibility and trust with attorneys by understanding their workflows, challenges, and objections to AI adoption * Conduct compelling product demos and client presentations that highlight Rev's value in real-world legal scenarios * Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to deliver tailored AI solutions that meet client needs * Document sales learnings and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks and resources for future sales hires *_Qualifications:_ * Former attorney or senior paralegal with hands-on experience in criminal defense, personal injury, or litigation * Deep understanding of law firm operations and trial workflows, with the ability to translate legal pain points into actionable AI solutions * Strong grasp of the typical concerns attorneys raise when evaluating new technology, especially around AI adoption * Existing relationships with law firms--particularly in criminal defense or personal injury--that can be leveraged within the first 30 days * Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences * Enthusiastic about legal innovation, with a demonstrated interest in AI and helping legal professionals work more efficiently * Self-starter with a passion for prospecting and closing, comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to sales strategy, team development, and process improvement LI-HybridRev.com Inc.
