Full description of the position

Fast paced optometric practice looking for an optical salesperson to become part of our team. This full-time position will include a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including the following:

  • Educating patients on eye care options
  • Selling and dispensing eyeglasses
  • Verifying and understanding vision insurance
  • Performing eyeglass repairs
  • Verifying eyeglass prescriptions received from lab
  • Reconciling monthly invoices
  • Acting as a liaison between the practice and the lab
  • Ensuring timely ordering of jobs and patient notification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
