In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with clients, demonstrate products, and assist in managing daily operations within the retail environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Communicate promotions, sales events, and product information to customers clearly and effectively. * Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies. * Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and reporting. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. * Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers and POS systems. * Ability to supervise team members effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers positively. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Proficient in conducting product demos to highlight key features and benefits. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
