Responsibilities are but not limited to: * Consistently and effectively promote our brand. * Present vehicle attributes, finance options, and manufacturer promotions. * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * Provide an exceptional customer experience and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Able to work flexible 40-hour work week * Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools * Previous customer service experience preferred * Requires working some evenings and weekends Do you have experience in the following industry?
