About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative , you will serve as the primary point of contact for specified accounts or product groups, managing inquiries, processing orders, and supporting our customers throughout the sales process. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary sales contact for assigned accounts or product groups. * Process customer inquiries, quotes, and order entries, ensuring timely confirmations. * Maintain and follow up on the quote log to convert inquiries into sales. * Collaborate with engineering to manage part numbers and changes. * Support customer portals and maintain communication regarding order status. * Analyze and reconcile variances in the sales SIOP forecast. * Solicit new and repeat business through proactive outreach, including cold calls and follow-ups with dormant accounts. * Coordinate freight consolidation and manage expedite requests. * Generate reports and provide market insights for company strategies. * Participate in monthly and annual reviews (SIOP, MOR/BOD) and contribute to strategic planning efforts. Qualifications: * Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Familiarity with customer portals, sales forecasting, and data analysis is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.
