We're growing fast and looking for driven, coachable, and confident Outside Sales Representatives to join our winning team. We 're Looking For * A Closer: You love to win and know how to get the "yes" * A Self-Starter: You're motivated, punctual, and take initiative * Coachable: You thrive on feedback and constantly want to improve * Professional & Personable: You build trust with every conversation * Detail-Oriented: Precision and accuracy are in your nature * Competitive: You push yourself to beat personal and team goals What You 'll Do * Meet daily with homeowners and business owners to assess their floor coating needs * Accurately measure and calculate square footage for estimates * Document each project thoroughly and professionally * Present proposals in-person, build rapport, and close deals on the spot * Act as the go-to support for your customers throughout their project * Capture before-and-after photos to document and showcase your work * Follow up with open leads and maintain communication until they convert * Check in daily with the office team and handle digital paperwork with precision Minimum Requirements * Must be located in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Tampa, FL * Valid driver 's license and reliable vehicle with insurance * 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience * Able to work full-time, Monday - Saturday (evenings included) * Comfortable entering customers' homes and making presentations * Confident using outbound sales techniques (cold calling, canvassing, social selling) * Can pass a background check * Maintain a professional appearance at all times What You 'll Earn * $40,000 Base Salary * 6% Commission on Company-Generated Leads * 10% Commission on Self-Generated Leads * Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off Why Florida Surface Pro?
