We're growing fast and looking for driven, coachable, and confident Outside Sales Representatives to join our winning team. We 're Looking For

• Meet daily with homeowners and business owners to assess their floor coating needs
• Accurately measure and calculate square footage for estimates
• Document each project thoroughly and professionally
• Present proposals in-person, build rapport, and close deals on the spot
• Act as the go-to support for your customers throughout their project
• Capture before-and-after photos to document and showcase your work
• Follow up with open leads and maintain communication until they convert
• Check in daily with the office team and handle digital paperwork with precision Minimum

Requirements

• Must be located in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Tampa, FL
• Valid driver 's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience
• Able to work full-time, Monday - Saturday (evenings included)
• Comfortable entering customers' homes and making presentations
• Confident using outbound sales techniques (cold calling, canvassing, social selling)
• Can pass a background check
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times What You 'll Earn
• $40,000 Base Salary
• 6% Commission on Company-Generated Leads
• 10% Commission on Self-Generated Leads
