Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information. * Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. * Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Uphold professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers. * Stay informed about product updates and company policies to effectively assist customers.
