We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Immigration Sales Representative to join our team. Experience in immigration areas such as: asylum, deportation defense, family petitions, VAWA, and other related processes is required. English is not required, but must speak/write Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities * Conduct in-person and virtual appointments with prospective clients to provide information about immigration processes, including eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and potential outcomes. * Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. * Attend and schedule appointments based on client availability, ensuring timely and efficient coordination. * Offering legal packages to assist clients in migration services. * Creating invoices and receiving payments. * Escalate cases according to firm guidelines. * Keep records of client's interactions, and file documentation properly. * Follow guidelines, and policies according to client expectations. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. * Other duties may be assigned. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
