Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and property showings.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings using administrative tools.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively. Experience
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required; new agents are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and negotiating deals effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is beneficial for managing documentation and processes efficiently.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus to ensure compliance in all transactions.
