Outside Sales Representative - Northline Roofing Charlotte, NC

• What You 'll Do:
• Generate new business through door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals primarily focused on insurance restoration.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide estimates to potential customers.
• Close deals and manage the customer relationship from start to finish.
• Work closely with our project management team to ensure a seamless experience for the homeowner.
• Represent Northline Roofing at local events and community initiatives.
• What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a hunter mentality.
• Previous sales experience (home improvement, roofing, or construction is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to learn and be coached--no roofing experience needed; we provide full training!
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in various weather conditions.
