Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on sales goals. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the GM to facilitate lead generation, territory management, and upselling opportunities. Responsibilities * Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Support the General Manager with lead generation activities and follow up on potential clients. * Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client relationships. * Coordinate sales meetings, tours and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Collaborate with the GM to ensure alignment of promotional efforts with sales goals. * Help negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Maintain organized documentation of sales processes, reports, and customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position is preferred. * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and retail sales dynamics. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. * Proficiency in territory management and lead generation techniques. * Familiarity with upselling strategies to enhance customer value. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficient in using Delphi software and Microsoft Office Suite.
