Vital Wireless is an Authorized Retailer for AT&T. Total

Compensation

includes Commission from Sales. We are looking for a result-driven Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue in our retail stores. We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap. We are a dynamic, equal-opportunity employer. Responsibilities

• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and find a solution for them
• Explain products and services to customers
• Remain knowledgeable on products and promotions offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Bilingual required
• Background in retail sales is recommended, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Clear communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to the location
• High school diploma/GED
• Must pass background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
