Full description of the position

* Duties: * Patient Advocate * Provide a luxurious experience for patients. * Upsell with our other services. * Be knowledgeable of all pricing and services. * Consult patients on services/treatment plans for dermal fillers, Botox, and PDO threads after they have been consulted by the injector. * Detailed charting on all conversations with patients as well as quotes. * Processing patient payment. * Emotional intelligence. * Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect. * Update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients. * Chart all patient procedures and notes. * Numb patients before the procedure. * Prepare patients for examination/procedure. * Prepare filler, Botox, and threads for procedures. * Clean examination rooms and instruments. * Assist physician with medical procedures. * Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies. * Take before and after pictures of patients. * Video editing. * Organizing patient photos onto their profile. * Be able to work quickly and efficiently under stressful environments and a high volume of patients. * Preferably experience in video editing, photography, and social media marketing.
