Duties

:

• Patient Advocate
• Provide a luxurious experience for patients.
• Upsell with our other services.
• Be knowledgeable of all pricing and services.
• Consult patients on services/treatment plans for dermal fillers, Botox, and PDO threads after they have been consulted by the injector.
• Detailed charting on all conversations with patients as well as quotes.
• Processing patient payment.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect.
• Update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients.
• Chart all patient procedures and notes.
• Numb patients before the procedure.
• Prepare patients for examination/procedure.
• Prepare filler, Botox, and threads for procedures.
• Clean examination rooms and instruments.
• Assist physician with medical procedures.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies.
• Take before and after pictures of patients.
• Video editing.
• Organizing patient photos onto their profile.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently under stressful environments and a high volume of patients.
• Preferably experience in video editing, photography, and social media marketing. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
