StaffMasters is seeking a field sales representative for a local manufacturing company. We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual whose primary focus will be building and maintaining customer service while utilizing a sales plan to develop and close sales opportunities within the state of Oklahoma. Responsiblities: * Develop and executing a sales plan to optimize existing accounts and target new accounts * Develop working relationships with multiple key level decision makers and customers * Schedule meetings with qualified customers, follow up, set up demos/line studies, close accounts * Coordinate sales efforts with production, logistics, accounting, and the technical group. * Prepare and present formal proposals * Occasionally lifting and moving products up to 50 pounds Requirements : * Proven track record of successful business development and account management * Minimum 6 years' experience in either Industrial or Protective markets * Presentable and articulate, excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft office applications * Ability to work with a team as well as independently * Must possess a valid driver's license * Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check * Must be willing to travel as needed Salary: This position is compensated with both salary and commission. A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided.
