Full description of the position

StaffMasters is seeking a field sales representative for a local manufacturing company. We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual whose primary focus will be building and maintaining customer service while utilizing a sales plan to develop and close sales opportunities within the state of Oklahoma. Responsiblities:

• Develop and executing a sales plan to optimize existing accounts and target new accounts
• Develop working relationships with multiple key level decision makers and customers
• Schedule meetings with qualified customers, follow up, set up demos/line studies, close accounts
• Coordinate sales efforts with production, logistics, accounting, and the technical group.
• Prepare and present formal proposals
• Occasionally lifting and moving products up to 50 pounds

Requirements

:

• Proven track record of successful business development and account management
• Minimum 6 years' experience in either Industrial or Protective markets
• Presentable and articulate, excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check
• Must be willing to travel as needed Salary: This position is compensated with both salary and commission. A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $56,159.00 per year
