• Lead & Mentor: Oversee a team of sales consultants--coaching, training, and motivating them to hit and exceed performance goals.

• Prior experience leading a high-performing sales team--preferably in roofing, home improvement, or a related industry
• Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership
• Strong planning, coaching, and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
