FSE is hiring a Business Development Manager covering south Florida (West Palm to Miami) We are a 60-year-old Foodservice Sales Agency experiencing double-digit growth while expanding across the Southeast. This is a sales position that will require you to excel at selling and marketing products represented through our manufacturer clients to operator establishments while also supporting the distributor sales team through assigned distributor accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Develop a PTC sales plan each period in support of our goals and objectives set with your manager * Reporting all qualified sales calls in our CRM (SFDC) * Submitting a weekly itinerary, maintaining a key account list, filling out and turning in a monthly expense report WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: * Being highly organized, selfmotivated, with an eagerness to learn * Ability to develop strong working relationships with manufacturers, operators, and distributor personnel * Clear communication skills with capacity to observe, report on, and adapt to specific market conditions * The means to set clear goals and objectives, and work together in a team atmosphere Our fundamental values include becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, and integrity, particularly with successfully completing all commitments by the assigned deadline. Some overnight travel will be required. Physical requirements may include lifting of boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs,loading/unloading equipment and samples, carrying sample bags in and out of accounts, standing/walking up to 11 hours at a food show, and driving long distances between calls.
