We are looking to add to our team an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a large book of business focusing primarily on financially successful families. Responsibilities * Work in a team atmosphere and effectively manage a large and diverse book of business such as renewals, cancellations, initiate claims, policy review, etc. * Develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Review clients' insurance for account rounding and inquire for referrals. * Understand the different insurance carrier products and quoting process. Assist with marketing of new business and prepare client proposals. * Manage client files in AMS. Generate client billing invoices from the various carriers. * Respond promptly to phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, or administrative problems, and comply with the request and/or refer to the producer when necessary. Meet with clients as needed. * Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding issues, correspondence, and reports. * Understand and follow E&O guidelines. * Keep up to date on CE classes for PA License requirements. * Perform special projects as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements * 5-7 Years of Personal Line experience, preferably with the high net-worth clients * Property & Casualty license required * Strong Personal Lines risk management knowledge * Superior written and verbal communication skills * Bachelor's Degree in risk management, business, marketing, communications, insurance or related field or equivalent work experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, database management, and ability to navigate and utilize agency's software, AMS * Professional Designations a Plus Work Environment and Physical Demands This position will work a hybrid work model, a combination of work in the office and work from home after trained. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and verbal communications.
