Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products in the marketplace. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic sales plans. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights to help shape future offerings. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. * Background in B2B sales or technology sales is a plus. * Familiarity with account management practices and strategies. * Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive sales decisions. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. * Experience in sales management is advantageous but not required. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
