We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Salary: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the various insurance products offered, ensuring accurate and comprehensive advice. Sales Generation: Proactively seek new clients through networking and referrals, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Policy Servicing: Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and any queries they might have, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and services.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is required Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Focused: A sincere dedication to meeting and exceeding client needs. Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while building strong working relationships. Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Organized: Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
