Job Status: Open (Macon and Marietta Office) The Building Consultant works closely with prospective new home owners, guiding them through the process of selecting plans, applying changes, options, upgrades colors and finishes. The Building Consultant assures that the prospect is fully aware of all available products, financing options, and the overall building process. Assists customer in locating land, if needed, and provides accurate estimates of all required site development costs, and total project costs. The Building Consultant is responsible for assuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
