Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Duties * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. * Outbound Sales Calls * Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. * Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. * Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy . * Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and data management. * Support personal assistant duties as needed to enhance office efficiency. * All other tasks as assigned by management Experience * Previous experience in a Sales Support role (or equivalent) is preferred. * Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and colleagues alike.
