Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telesales Agent. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Duties * Outbound Sales Calls * Answer Inbound Sales Calls * Utilize Google Suite for Data Management * All other tasks as assigned by management Experience * Previous experience in a Sales Support role (or equivalent) is preferred. * Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and colleagues alike.
