Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telesales Agent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Duties

• Outbound Sales Calls
• Answer Inbound Sales Calls
• Utilize Google Suite for Data Management
• All other tasks as assigned by management Experience
• Previous experience in a Sales Support role (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and colleagues alike. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
