Sales Representative Must be in OKC! Hourly pay + Commissions (paid biweekly) + Bonus Opportunity Hiring - Flood Rescue is seeking Outside Sales Representative for a full- time position in Oklahoma City. NO COLD CALLING! NO DOOR TO DOOR SALES! Your route will be comprised from direct leads from homeowners that need your help! Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for you. Flood Rescue's signature Outside Sales training program offers three weeks of in-depth combination of classroom, role-play, and field training to launch your Outside Sales Consultant career in less than 30 days! As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will determine the scope of work to aid homeowners in their time of need. This position requires no cold calling or door to door sales, instead relying on your rapport building techniques and genuine empathy and begin the homeowner's journey to restoring their home to pre-loss condition. Responsibilities: * Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust, showing empathy, and explaining Flood Rescue's capabilities * Evaluate nature of loss and prepare proposed job scope using moisture meters and other company-provided technology * Prepare proposed engagement for homeowner, secure work authorization, and coach homeowner through payment options (including Flood Rescue's experience working with all major insurance carriers) while onsite * Stabilize moisture content of affected areas by beginning the drying process and setting homeowner expectations for subsequent work * Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers * Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner Qualifications: * Highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process (with 3+ years of outside selling experience) * You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships * You have strong communications skills - interpersonal, written, presenting * You can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups * Given the nature of water mitigation services, you should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics * You should be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices (i.e. tablets) and documenting details of a job using electronic devices * You have a valid driver's license and successfully clear a background/drug test * You must be able to work overtime as needed, some holidays, and weather-related surge events Benefits: * Bonus Incentive * Biweekly Pay * Fast growing company looking to develop talent * Ongoing training, coaching and guidance to help you be the best you can be * Advancement Potential * An exciting environment that challenges you everyday * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: * In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Evenings as needed * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
