Full description of the position

Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Assist daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. 2.Coordinate shipping and receiving activities. 3.Responsible for quality control. Ensure that no damaged products are sent out, and 4.no damaged products will be stored. 5.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal stock levels. 6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 7.Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking stock levels. 8.Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards. 9.Prepare and process orders for shipments 10.Other duties as assigned. Be willing and able to fill in and assist in all areas of the warehouse. 11.Perform monthly/quarterly/bi-annual cycle counts as needed & directed. 12.Keep the warehouse organized. Skills * Proficiency in warehouse management systems for effective inventory tracking. * Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Nielsen for data analysis. * Knowledge of financial modeling techniques related to inventory management. * Familiarity with demand planning processes to align stock levels with market needs. * Experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. * Understanding of 3PL operations and how they integrate with internal supply chains. * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
