Championing Care, Connecting Clients, Join Our Team as a Client Care Coordinator/ Business Development Leader Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Client Care Coordinator with Business Development experience to drive client growth and brand awareness for our home care services in the Greater Cincinnati Area. This role focuses on business development, networking & sales strategies. The position will focus on building relationships with referral sources, and increasing client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing or sales, strong networking abilities, and a passion for providing quality home care solutions to seniors and individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Marketing Strategies: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase client leads and referral partnerships. * Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals. * Attend industry events, community meetings, and networking opportunities to promote services. * Create and distribute marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Client & Referral Engagement: * Actively engage with prospective clients and their families to educate them on home care options to develop a plan of care. * Maintain consistent communication with referral sources to ensure a steady flow of client leads. * Follow up on inquiries and referrals to convert prospects into active clients. * Conduct in-home assessments (as needed) and collaborate with the care team to ensure client needs are met. Collaboration & Reporting: * Work closely with the caregiving and administrative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with service capacity. * Provide regular reports on marketing activities, referral growth, and client acquisition progress. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best marketing practices. Qualifications & Skills: * Experience in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (healthcare or home care preferred but not required) * Strong networking and relationship-building skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. * Knowledge of social media, and local outreach strategies. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet marketing goals. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the Greater Cincinnati Area as needed.
