Job Overview:AllSeason Solar & Roofing is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Roofing Sales team.We provide pre-set appointments with a base plus commission. Benefits * Paid Training * Pre-set Appointments * Base Pay plus Uncapped Commission * $75,000 - $150,000+ OTE (On Target Earnings) * Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription available * Company Vehicle provided * Gas Card and EZ Pass * Paid time off - PTO , Vacation and Holidays Responsibilities * Running and closing pre set roof appointments * Meeting projected sales targets * Obtain all required sales documents via DocuSign or E-signing * Knowledgeable in web-based programs including Sales CRM and G-Suite * Cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing clients. * Negotiate pricing and terms of sales to close deals. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications * Roofing Sales Experience plus * Strong communication and closing skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Able to carry a ladder, climb a ladder and climb on to a roof when needed. * Proficient in Software - Roof measuring software tool, Sales CRM, G suite etc., * Minimum 5 days work for base pay. * Valid Driver License
