You will work leads from Account Managers, Center of Influence referrals, call data driven prospect lists and generate your own leads from networking and being active in the community. Show off your scheduling prowess by setting up phone calls, virtual appointments, and in-person meetups to present quotes and write policies. It's all about connecting with people in the way they prefer. Dive deep into understanding customer needs and evaluating their assets to present customized plans to them. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Customer service is still alive and well here! You've gotta have: * 1 Year of sales experience, or 2 full years of customer service experience. Know the foundation, we teach the rest! * You must have an active Property & Casualty License in Kentucky. If you do not have a license, we give you 30 days to obtain one.
